This Privacy Statement applies to the SFUSD Student Information Systems and SFUSD online enrollment application site and governs data collection and usage as it pertains to the online enrollment application and the Student and Family Portals. By using the SFUSD online enrollment application, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. The online application collects personally identifiable information of your student and family that is necessary to enroll your child in SFUSD. This information will be used to verify your child's eligibility for enrollment in SFUSD and will be entered into the SFUSD student information system as part of the student's record should you choose to enroll your child in SFUSD. The District will maintain the confidentiality of student records consistent with state and federal law and will not disclose any of the information provided without your explicit consent unless allowable under federal or state law or required by a court order. SFUSD does not rent or sell your personal data. SFUSD secures the personal information you provide online from unauthorized access, alteration or destruction. To further protect the information, please do not share your username and password with anyone. If you believe the information in your online application has been compromised due to an internet breach, please contact help@sfusd.edu.
